The client is looking for someone who could do the majority of the CAD work in AutoCAD or ARCHICAD. The candidate needs to speak good level of English and need to be able to run jobs themselves with help from my client.
The ideal Architect for our client will have a minimum of 5 years experience, with a demonstrable knowledge of project management, you will also need to be AutoCAD literate and have the confidence to run a team and delegate the workload accordingly.
The candidate must have at least 5 years experience, after qualifying, and at least 3 years experience in England with British Planning & Building Regulations. The person needs to be capable of working on the boards using AutoCAD and pushing projects forward.<br />
Ideally if you have experience on residential and commercial projects mainly. <br />
Ideally you will have 3+ years of experience working on a variety of project types that include higher education, government, municipal, as well as hospitality.<br />

Ideally you will have experience in master planning of commercial site layouts for appraisal by a development team. This would mainly be offices, workshops, warehouses and some retail. Some master planning experience is required however my client is willing to look at candidates of all levels.
